Creamy mussels with garlic pasta
Pasta is something, that everyone loves. And there is so many ways to cook it. This is a dish that comes in handy when you need to quickly whip up something delicious. It's a dish that allows endless experiments. Oksana Iliyenko, a food-photographer, shared with us a recipe for mussels pasta. Oksana talks about a creamy sauce with garlic. The pasta turns out succulent, a touch spicy and with a hint of seafood flavor. Few minutes of work will get you to feel as if you were in a little seaside town in Italy.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
200 gr frozen or canned mussels
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. olive oil
100 ml 10% cream
herbs de Provence
Heat up a skillet, pour some oil. Press the garlic in a garlic press or finely chop it and sauté until it turns golden. Add the mussels and continue sautéing. If you are using frozen mussels, sauteing time is 5-7 minutes, in case of canned – 3-4 minutes. Add cream, pepper and herbs and simmer until it gets thick. Serve with pasta.
